St. Joseph Annual Fest-Of-All Vendors Rules & Regulations

General Information:
-Vendors must make payment and turn in their application at least 10 days prior to the event. (NLT Sep. 30th, 2026)
-St. Joseph's Annual Fest-Of-All Events is NOT responsible for collection or requesting logos for print items.
-Single Space: Vendor (Fest-Of-All) - $100(indoors) / $70(outdoors) if paid by Sep. 18th, 2026 ; $125 (indoors) / $95 (outdoors) if paid on Sep. 19th or after.
-All Vendor booth spots are 10' x 10', multiple spots may be purchased. Fest-Of-All Event staff will assign spots prior to the the event date.

** Vendors are not allowed to sell any articles that are contrary to Catholic moral teachings; i.e. Quija Boards, Dream catchers, etc. If any booths have any of these items, they will be asked to leave.

*Electricity is not provided. Please plan accordingly

*Once application is accepted, vendors may not add or substitute items without approval of St. Joseph Annual Fest-Of-All Events representative. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of agreement and forfeiture of all vendor fees.

Additional Rules & Regulations

• Vendor spaces located outdoors may not be shaded. Please plan accordingly and supply your own tent, equipment and electricity if needed.
• Your entire set-up must fit in the designated area provided. Commercial/Mobile booths will need to fit inside their designated space.
• Spots are assigned on a first-come, first served basis, pending acceptance of the application. You are not allowed to sub-let or share your space without permission from St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events staff.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event and will be responsible for clean-up of their spot after the event. Vendors need to provide a trash receptacle at their designated area. Receptacles may be emptied at a nearby dumpster as needed.
• This is a family-oriented event. St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events reserves the right to remove vendors who behave inappropriately. This includes all persons associated with the vendor. Please make sure all persons helping at your booth are acting in a family friendly manner.
• We do not offer exclusivity for any products or services nor do we guarantee you will not be placed near a competitor. We will attempt to limit duplications as much as possible. Your products and/or services are not endorsed by St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events or any of its affiliations.
• Any booths needing to restock items will need to walk items to their booth. Cars will not be allowed in the vendor area from 9am to 6pm on 10/11/26 (Fest-of-All day). You will be able to come by on 10/10/26 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.to see where your designated space is located.
• Additional information, rules & regulations may be added as deemed necessary by the St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events staff. Vendors and participants will be notified of any changes or additions.

Setup Policy

Vendors may begin set up at 7:00 a.m. on 10/11/26 (Fest-of-All day) and must be set up and have all personal vehicles removed from the vendor area by 9:00 a.m. Vendors who are not set-up by the time stated above may lose their spot and forfeit all vendor fees. Booths must remain up until 6:00 p.m. No early break-down is allowed. All vendors must vacate the premises by 7:00 p.m. on 10/11/26. ***Day-before setups require prior approval.***

Weather Policy

St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events is not responsible for losses due to inclement weather. Vendors will be permitted to leave but will receive no refund of fees.

Security

Minimum event security may be provided. St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events is not responsible for the safety of the vendors or its property, employees, visitors or customers from theft, disappearance, pilferage, injury or damage. The responsibility lies solely with the vendor.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will only be provided due to extenuating circumstances at the discretion of St. Joseph’s Annual Fest-of-All Events.

Methods of Payment

Credit Card, Cash or Money Order (made payable to St. Joseph Catholic Church).
Payments can be made in person at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2903 E Rancier Ave or call the office for other available payment methods. Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax.

Signature

In consideration for the acceptance of my application as a vendor, I and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and forever discharge St. Joseph Catholic Church, its employees, officers, volunteers, agents and sponsors from any and all claims, damages of every type, cause of action, costs attorney fees, and interest which now exists or hereafter, arising out of or related to acts or omissions of myself or St. Joseph Catholic Church or any of its employees, officers, volunteers, agents or sponsors during my participation as a vendor at said event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event. I have read and fully understand the content and meaning
of this statement and execute it voluntarily.
